New brand architecture: Branding goes more than skin deep

You may have noticed that Amadeus has changed the way it presents its products and services. Over the last five years Amadeus itself has changed, building on its core GDS business to become a complete provider of IT solutions that enable success in the travel and tourism industry.

To enable this evolution, Amadeus has recruited new talent and acquired or forged partnerships with best-in-breed solutions specialists. As well as enabling the company to develop a comprehensive product portfolio, Amadeus can also offer the consulting expertise and depth of service that customers need to turn technology into solutions that deliver results for their business.

Reflecting the breadth of the Amadeus offering, the company now groups its solutions into four categories: Distribution & Content, Sales & e-Commerce, Business Management and Services & Consulting. The names of individual products have also changed to make it easier for customers to identify what a given product does and to understand the difference it can make for them.
